Prices and Tax

The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied or decide not to purchase the goods once payment has been processed you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies minus 15% handling charge and delivery charge of your order or replacement goods, please be aware that any items not reported within 30 working days and are not in exceptable condition a refund will not be accepted. Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Fragrance Notes - Dupe Fragrances
We understand that you will need to try our fragrances. We expect our customers will spray the product a few times to test the fragrance. Once returned we will weigh the product and visually check the ullage used if this is less than 2ml we will fully refund the product.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Dispatch and Ordering Policy
Goods are variable postage and dispatched via courier. If we are unable to dispatch you order within 1-5 working days we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

Special order items

Special order items are dispatched within 5 working days.

Delivery charge is free on orders over £30 ex vat, all orders below £30 ex vat will be charged at a variable postage rate. (UK mainland)
Wholesale customers minimum order value is £250.

Delivery outside UK mainland - All deliveries outside the UK mainland will carry a delivery charge, this will be calculated on completed order.
